Good Product Worst Experience from Amazon
No doubt it's TATA product and TATA means Trust, but don't buy this from Amazon, worst experience ever from delivery guys and Service technicians. They literally demand you money if you apply exchange of your old machine. Though my old one working properly and has no body damages but some rust lines at the bottom the delivery guy refused to pick the item. I clearly shown him the conditions and he asked ₹1k to pick up the exchange item. Then service technician never visited as per the schedule and literally they lock you up for entire day, more over they try to sell their products like Stand and coverand if you deny to purchase they will just keep you waiting. I esalcalated this to Amazon CC and reaching them is very painful which wasn't expected. Those who wants to purchase this washing machine I scencerely advise NOT FROM AMAZON 🙏🏻

Sooper faulty product from Amazon, make your life worser
Very fantastic product, first delivery guy will get xtra money for deliverying it on first floor and talk very rude, you have to wait two days for installation and installation will surprise you that product is faulty and bot working, customer service guys will speak very cool that after 2 days I will send a inspection team and you have to wait for 7 working days to get a refund, so you have to pay 26000 for faulty product and wash clothes with your hand and beg to amazon for getting refund what a product sir ji and customer service experience will really exciting and fantastic really you should experience to delete the amazon app and stop buying products from Amazon.
