Brilliant Washing Machine – Excellent Value for Money

I’m writing this review after 20 days of use, and I’m genuinely impressed with this washing machine. It has made daily laundry much easier and more convenient.The motor is powerful, and the washing and spin performance are excellent. It handles regular clothes easily and does a great job of removing water during the spin cycle. The machine feels durable and well-built, and so far, it has performed reliably without any issues.It’s also very easy to use, with simple controls that don’t take much time to understand. The overall usefulness, performance, and convenience are excellent, especially for everyday household use.As a student, I was looking for something reliable, powerful, easy to operate, and budget-friendly, and this machine has definitely met my expectations.After 20 days of use, I’m very happy with the purchase. Excellent performance, good durability, powerful motor and spin, and great value for money. Highly recommended! 👍

Very easy to useAir dryer is good but can't put very heavy clothes ( jackets, bedsheets, towels all at once) to dry or else it hits it outer layer(happens with 10-12.5 ltr washing machine too) justPut them on inside carefullyMotor Spinning( washing side) is good too especially on stronger settingNo leaking problem but the water passing pipe is very short for use ( for me personal)Very simple design and look(good for me) functionality wise all ok( no super complicated touch screen)Fully manualOverall I'm satisfiedGood for small family of 3-4 familyI bought it around 7.5k inr ( even at 8000 rupees it is definitely worth the money)Note not good forBlanket washingOnly for small clothes dress bedsheetspillow cover small jackets etc

No warranty support or service center

The machine worked fine but it stopped after a few months. I tried contacting support but no one picked up the call. I sent the email but the provided email was invalid. The machine is good but there is no way to claim the warranty. Finally I had to call urban company and get the machine repaired for a thousand bucks…
