Very poor quality .
We first got a defective piece , which we returned. It was replaced with another piece which I was initially pleased with but within a week of using it rust spots have begun to form within the kettle . The product cannot be returned . The design is good but the quality is very poor . One doesn’t expect such poor quality products from a company like Pigeon .What with all this “ Make in India “ - the quality of this kettle is worse than some of the cheap Chinese products . Highly disappointed. Probably will never buy any Pigeon products again .

This is the best
I bought this in 2020 and now writing a review in 2026. Got it during my college days when I used to crave maggie, although it was messy to cook maggie but this kettle survived. Now after 6 years of continuous use of this kettle, I still use it to boil water before I leave for work. It was truly a long journey with this kettle. It's definitely long lasting. I didn't even expect it to last THIS long honestly. And it still works till this date.
