Good machine but installation by the company is a problem
Writing the review after using it for 10 days. Works well, clean really well, ready to use.The only drawback was the installation. I was promised installation in under 72 hours but no one came nor called me regarding the installation. I had to call Midea on the 4th day and after that the technician came to install it. This should not happen. They should have called me and send the technician in the timeframe mentioned. Machine was delivered in under 15 hours but installation was a problem. I contacted amazon customer care and they said that there was nothing they could do and installation would happen in under 72 hours but it didn't.The technician was knowledgeable, polite and punctual.

Disappointing
To save my time & energy I bought this machine. But,on the contrary, to my utter disappointment it is increasing my labour as the vessels are not cleaned by it. A lot remains stuck inside, inspite of my keeping vessels soaked in water in kitchen sink.I mean I never kept any dried or burnt vessels any time. Still the result is disappointing. Things are more difficult as due to hot water used by machine the residues get dried on vessels & lot of manual scrubbing is required afterwards to remove them. Also,a white smear is seen on some vessels after washing cycle.I have tried using both tablets & salt cum rinse aid liquid. But to no avail. Now I am told by technician that I should rinse vessels before placing in machine!!! Before buying I had read in FAQ that such rinsing is not required.I repent buying this product.

Nice product
It cleans well, but scorched utensils like tea pan, or overly cooked rice utensils, or Kheer pan (heavy sticking) won't go away, rest the utensils are clean oil etc are removed and better than handwashing
