LG 8 Kg

Decent Machine.

Nice machine with nearly no vibration and low sound. Installation was done on day of delivery by the company. Ijust contacted the company for installation. Water consumption is also less than top loaders. And Machine is Easy to operate. And looks premium only thing which I don't like the rat protection mesh the company can provide it made of hard plastic or of any hard material or factory installed, apart from that every thing is fantastic. For those who are thinking for installing it on stand try to buy sturdy and unibody type stand don't opt for size shifters. I loss 1k on that and best condition is to use machine without stand it will give best possible stability cause stability is very important for front loaders. And I even try cup base stand but nothing will work as sturdy as machine will be without stand you can use any anti skid tapes below the legs of machine. Lg provide two small stickers in the box which are more than enough for machine. But if you want for all four you can buy it separately. And also take care of fitting for tap sometimes it don't fit on the tap you want so also keep that in mind before buying and you have to buy an outlet and inlet pipes separately cause company provided are too small only 1mtr nearly or slightly long.

Amazon Service Excellent | LG Machine Excellent | LG Installation Service Poor

I purchased this LG 8 Kg Front Load Washing Machine from Amazon. The machine itself is excellent — premium build quality, quiet operation, good wash performance, and LG's Direct Drive technology works really well. LG is a trusted brand, and the product quality matches its reputation. However, my experience with LG's installation service was disappointing. Even after waiting 4–5 days, no technician came for installation. Repeated follow-ups did not help. The best part was Amazon's customer support. When LG failed to provide timely installation, Amazon immediately offered a solution and told me to get the installation done locally. They assured me that the installation charges would be refunded, which shows how seriously Amazon takes customer satisfaction.Pros: ✅ Excellent washing machine✅ Premium quality and features✅ Quiet operation✅ Fast Amazon customer supportCons: ❌ Very poor LG installation service❌ Long waiting time for technician visitOverall, I highly recommend both the machine and Amazon. The product is excellent, but LG really needs to improve its after-sales service and installation support.Rating:LG Washing Machine: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Amazon Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐LG Installation Service: ⭐☆☆☆☆Thank you, Amazon, for resolving the issue quickly. 🙏

pathetic after-sales service

Extremely pathetic after-sales service from LG!For a brand of LG’s size and reputation, the level of service is absolutely unacceptable. Customers are forced to make multiple follow-ups just to get a service person to visit. Even after repeated calls, the technician doesn’t turn up on the same day, leaving customers waiting indefinitely. What is the point of buying from a reputed brand if the company cannot provide basic and timely after-sales support? This is not just poor service—it shows a complete lack of respect for the customer’s time and inconvenience. LG seriously needs to improve its service standards and accountability. Very disappointing experience!
