“Excellent cooling, low noise, and good energy saving. Happy with the purchase

“I am very satisfied with the performance of this Hitachi AC. The cooling is excellent and the room gets cooled very quickly even during peak summer. The AC runs smoothly with very low noise, which makes it comfortable during both day and night. The build quality looks premium and the features are very useful. The energy efficiency is also good, helping to reduce electricity consumption. Installation and service experience were smooth and professional.Overall, this AC provides great performance, comfort, and reliability. It is definitely a good value for money product, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality air conditioner.”

Best AC in this price range as well as best performance.

Installation was carried out professionally by the authorized technician, who was punctual, knowledgeable, and explained all the features clearly. A big plus is that the installation charges were only ₹600 with GST, which is much lower compared to many other brands that charge up to ₹1,800 for basic installation. This made the overall purchase much more value for money. In terms of performance, the cooling is powerful and highly effective, even during extreme summer heat. The AC cools the room quickly and maintains a consistent temperature. The airflow is strong and evenly distributed, providing comfort in every corner. Despite the powerful performance, the operation is quiet, making it ideal for bedrooms and work-from-home environments.

Don't buy Hitachi AC

Don't buy Hitachi AC . Waste of money.Pros : only name is goodCons:I have purchased Hitachi split AC 1 year ago but at sudden first display Stop working then AC stop working. I have registered complaint many times using WA and call but every time Service going burst except installation service.I also have 5 years Comprehensive warranty but warranty is also useless because dealer charges service charges INR 599 / part replacement charges - INR 1000 .

Satisfied with cooling

Its a non convertible AC that i understood later as i was under assumption it is as . Every other ac is convertible today. Now the actual review . It is kind of convertible if you use it above 18 °c it works in 50 % capacity under 18° it works 100% capacity. The sleep mode makes its 25 to 30% cooling capacity and the good part is the sleep mode is with timer and AC shuts off at the duration which is a good saving as i would have kept it running till 8 am or more after waking. Now the cooling is the best part you switch on the AC . It takes 3 mins and the cooling becomes so crisp that i have to put in minimun fan speed . And that underweights all the other things that this AC dont provide like wifi connectivity. But for cooling is why we purchase AC right.I have not used but this have frost cleaning that i am exited for as it cleans the evaporator for which otherwise i would have to call the technicians in other brand ac. I am happy with Hitachi. Reduced 1 star just because its does not give convertible feature . Otherwise its a top choice i made.
