Value for money.
Since we were already replacing an existing front load, Installation was not really an issue it was a matter of plug and play, just needed to remove support bolts for the drum and install rat guard. The technician did visit just to ensure everything was alright. Machine is running well and there haven't been any complaints so far.

Terrible Product Quality and Extremely Poor Customer Service
Very disappointing experience with this washing machine and the after-sales service. The machine started having problems within just one week of use. After contacting the team, I was told that the pump was not working.I have now been waiting for two weeks with no proper response or resolution from the team. It is extremely frustrating to spend money on a new machine and then receive such poor customer service when there is a problem.I expected much better quality and support. I would not recommend this product or service based on my experience.
