Magic Freezer Is Great, But Build Quality Needs Improvement

I purchased this refrigerator primarily because of its Magic Convertible Freezer feature. Other brands offer similar functionality only in much more expensive models, so Haier seemed like a great value. One major disappointment is the ice tray design. It is extremely difficult to pour water into the tray and distribute it evenly across all the ice compartments. The design is inconvenient and frustrating to use, making a simple everyday task unnecessarily difficult. The plastic quality of the interior racks also feels below expectations for a refrigerator in this price range. One of the door racks arrived slightly bent, and the ice box does not sit securely in place—it wobbles instead of fitting properly. These issues give the impression of poor quality control.Pros:✅ Silent operation – The refrigerator runs very quietly.✅ Spacious interior.✅ Magic Convertible Freezer is a useful feature.✅ Premium-looking designCons:Weak plastic qualityPoorly designed ice trayWobbly ice boxOverall: Good features and design, At this price, I expected better finishing.

A great buy

Great product by Haier, I was looking for a little sleek side by side because of space limitations. This fridge is 3.5 inches less in width than the most of the standard side by side fridges, good for those who have space constraints. The fridge has got all required features be it smart zone, convertable zones, quick ice making, storage boxes separate for fruit and vegetables. Sun dimlight, holiday mode, auto temperature setup.Super finish and colourThe packaging was also great to ensure fridge isn’t damaged.

Poor service and cooling

Dont know what the issue is but cooling is 0 and also replacing a product is not an option because amazon is not letting us explaining what the problem is as comment section is not giving us option to write down the problem
