Misrepresented facts and awful customer service
This is my 4th cruise AC, the product is good and it’s a value for money. The one star is because of the misrepresented facts and awful customer service, the installation of my AC was outsourced to a third party, cruise’s rate card on amazon shows nitrogen testing charges as 500/- but i was charged 1500/- even after showing them cruise’s rate card on amazon they didn’t budge, i called Customercare two times and both the times I didn’t receive any resolution except that they tried to transfer the call to the regional manager who doesn’t answer, then i was told that the regional manager will call me back, but no one called. I had to pay the 1500/- instead of 500/-. Due to this experience i will never purchase a cruise AC ever again, I run a PG business and was planning to install cruise ACs in all the upcoming PGs but due to this experience I’m done with cruise AC.
