Good deal at this price point, expected better audio quality

Product is nice, although at this price point, i had expected better audio quality. First charge took approx 3 hours to fully charge and the battery last ~9 hours on continuous bluetooth usage. The headphones are comfortable to wear even for 4-5 hour straight sessions, and i haven't got any issues on the mic performance so far. So far, i am ok with the deal.

Best quality

Delivering an impressive blend of performance and versatility, the headset comes equipped with a comprehensive set of features, including both wired and wireless connectivity, a mute option, and convenient call answer/reject controls. However, the build quality feels slightly fragile; with rough handling, there is a chance of damage. Overall, it is a well-equipped and capable device, and at a reduced price, it offers great value for money.

Product Failed, Warranty Support Was Worse

Bluetooth started failing within a few monthsConnectivity became unreliable.Headphones stopped connecting seamlessly.Even when connected, there was often no sound from either earbud/headset.Product became practically unusable.Warranty support turned into a never-ending ordealContacted support while the product was still under warranty.Shared a clear video demonstrating the issue.Instead of resolving it, support kept asking for more videos.Repeated requests for the same evidenceSubmitted 6–7 videos in total.Went through 30+ back-and-forth messages. Each time, a new representative seemed to ask for the same information again.❌ Felt like customer harassment, not customer supportThe issue was obvious from the first video.Yet support kept requesting additional recordings and repeating troubleshooting steps. It appeared designed to wear down the customer rather than resolve the problem. No resolution despite weeks of effortInvested hours recording videos, replying to emails, and following instructions.Warranty period was active.Still no replacement, repair, or meaningful solution. What disappointed me mostProducts can fail. That happens. What matters is how a company handles warranty claims. In my case, the support experience was far worse than the product failure itself.Bottom line: The headset failed within months, and the warranty process felt like an exercise in frustration. If you're buying this product, don't just evaluate the hardware—consider whether you're willing to fight for support if something goes wrong. Very disappointing experience.
