boAt Airdopes 141 Gen 2

Good product

Really happy with the boAt Airdopes. The sound quality is very good, especially the bass, and the earbuds are comfortable to use. Battery backup is also impressive, and the connectivity works smoothly. The design is stylish and the overall quality is excellent for the price.Definitely a good value-for-money product. Highly recommended! 👍

Two Orders, Both Defective — Extremely Disappointing!

⭐ Even 1 Star Feels Too Much — Extremely Disappointing Experience!I ordered these earbuds twice, thinking that maybe the first one was just a defective piece. Unfortunately, my experience was terrible both times. The first pair arrived scratched and was not working at all. I returned it and placed another order, hoping the second one would be new and properly working. But the second pair was even worse. The earbuds were not working, the charging case had visible scratches, and the condition of the product made it look like it had already been used. The most shocking part was that there was even hair stuck on the case. This is absolutely unacceptable for a supposedly new product. So my experience was:❌ First order — defective❌ Scratches on the product❌ Second order — defective again❌ Scratches on the case❌ Hair stuck on the case❌ Earbuds still not workingAnd the problem doesn't end with the defective product.First, I waited for the order → received a defective product → returned it → waited again for the second order → received another defective product → had to return that one too.Now I am also waiting for my refund.According to my Amazon refund timeline, the return was picked up on Aug 27, the return is expected to be received on Sep 3, the refund is expected to be issued on Sep 9, and the refund may be credited to my account by Sep 16.That means your money can remain stuck for many days after returning a defective product. In my case, ₹1,599 is tied up while I wait for my own money to come back. Two orders. Two defective products. Scratches. A used-looking condition. Hair stuck on the case. And then a long wait for the refund. This has been one of my worst online shopping experiences.⚠️ My personal advice: Read the recent reviews carefully before buying this product. I definitely would NOT recommend it based on my experience.NOT RECOMMENDED. SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY & HEADACHE. 😡
