Not working, No service
Please don’t buy this product, especially from this brand. It stopped working after just one month, and there is no proper after-sales service or service-center support. The customer-care process is extremely frustrating, and there is no proper direct channel to report and resolve issues. The product quality is very poor, and the overall customer experience has been extremely disappointing. I strongly recommend avoiding this Amazon Basics product.
