Good quality products, attractive design, and excellent customer service.
Overall, I am happy with my wooden bed and wardrobe. The product quality is good, and both pieces have a very nice look and finish. However, there is still some room for improvement for perfect assembling. The company should double check that all the correct-sized parts are packed before shipping, as I faced an issue with a few incorrect parts.I would especially like to appreciate the service person Dinesh who assisted me throughout the process. They were extremely helpful, responsive, and made sure everything was fixed properly. Their support made a big difference to my overall experience.

Average product, good for low budget
The overall looks are ok, but on closer inspection there are multiple minor defects. While assembly, had trouble to match the screw alignment across different panels of main bed frame. Craftsmanship is basic. MDF is used in some places instead of shesham wood and it had damages, but since they are inside the storage box, not visible.Major issue : The seller did not deliver the item on the 4th floor and there wereg a lot problems and had to pay Rs 1500 extra to delivery agent just to deliver item from building gate till 4th floor of my flat. Escalated to Amazon for refund as seller has stopped accepting my calls after the multiple attempt delivery fiasco.Update after a week : Seller has refunded Rs 1499.99 against Rs 1500 that I paid for delivery. Thank you, but my review does not change.
