Tusa Cordless Vacuum Cleaner

Definitely Recommend. Great after Sales Service

I’ve been using the TUSA cordless vacuum cleaner for quite some time now for both my car and home, and I’ve been pretty happy with it. It’s lightweight, easy to carry around, and the suction is good enough for regular dust, crumbs, and cleaning the car interiors. I also really like the fact that it can be used both on battery and through the 12V car socket, which makes it quite convenient. What I honestly liked the most was their after-sales service. I had an issue with the charging, so I contacted their support team. They responded quickly, arranged a doorstep pickup, got the vacuum repaired, and sent it back to me. They kept me informed throughout the process, so I didn’t have to keep chasing them for updates. And one thing I wasn’t expecting was a small surprise gift included when they returned the repaired product. It was a really nice gesture and definitely made the whole experience even better.Overall, I’m happy with both the product and the way TUSA handled the warranty service. Good product, helpful support, and a hassle-free experience. Would definitely recommend giving it a try.

Review after first use

I was in the market to buy a good car vaccum cleaner and was searching for a perfect device since past two weeks but somehow got settled with this one.It is by no means a perfect device however I personally used it in my car and I am happy with the results. My car had some dust and debris buildup around foot area and this vaccum cleaner picked up everything to my satisfaction. So yeah for me its working good as a cordless cleaner.12v charger is included so you are sorted thereHandling is good due to its compact sizeDidnt observe any heating so farOverall a decent purchase

Excellent After Sales Service

The product offers excellent suction and is very handy to use. After 8 months, it stopped turning on and became faulty. However, the after-sales service was excellent. The product was picked up from my home, repaired, and delivered back within a few days. I am very happy with the product and the overall service experience. Highly recommended!
