The quality is truly excellent, and the firmness is absolutely perfect for me.I've found it really convenient to set a glass of water right at the edge of the bed, allowing me to sit there comfortably without having to worry about spilling any liquid. Honestly, my sleep quality has been fantastic lately. I'm dealing with a slip disc, and this particular bed has been a great help – I'm finally able to get a decent night's rest without significant pain or stiffness. I'm absolutely thrilled with this purchase!

Poor Quality Mattress With No Back Support or Customer Service

Instead, the mattress sinks down and becomes uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep properly.I tried contacting customer support regarding the issue, but I received no helpful response. The return or replacement process was also unavailable or not properly supported. I feel disappointed with the product quality and after-sales service. I would not recommend this mattress to anyone looking for proper orthopedic support or relief from back pain.
