Sturdy, good quality bed
I have bought this bed a few months back. It’s excellent given the offered price. I got the king size one and it’s perfect, just as shown in the pictures. Storage is of good volume. I knew it was not hydraulic and didn’t need it. Bed is quite sturdy and doesn’t make any squeaky sound. The plywood for mattress base is also thick. All in all a nice purchase.

Quality is good. Minor cracks noticed on head side frame. Except that everything is good.

Defective product from the beginning, no resolution for 1.5 months
Very disappointed with this purchase. The problems were discovered immediately when the box was opened for the first time. When the supplier's installer came to assemble the bed, he inspected the parts and the following defects became clear:The bed frame is approximately 1 inch bigger than the required size in both length and width.Because of the incorrect dimensions, the plywood does not fit properly inside the frame. The supporting pipes for the plywood are slipping/moving, making the bed unsafe and unstable. There is also a visible crack in the wooden frame. The installer himself checked the product and confirmed that the frame was defective.I have repeatedly complained to the supplier, but even after more than one and a half months, they have neither exchanged nor returned the defective product. Despite acknowledging the issue, there has been no proper resolution.Very poor product quality and extremely disappointing after-sales service. I strongly recommend avoiding this product/seller.
