Strata furniture Sheesham Wood Bunk Bed

Excellent Quality Bunk Bed with Great Customer Service

I purchased a bunk bed for my daughter in January 2026 from Strata Furniture via Amazon, and I would like to share my experience. The product was delivered on time; however, one of the plyboards arrived cracked due to transportation. I immediately contacted the seller, and I must appreciate their prompt and professional response. They arranged for a replacement plyboard and ensured that it was delivered in perfect condition this time. After receiving the replacement, I contacted the seller again, and they arranged the installation, which was already included in the cost of the bed. The installation was carried out by experienced carpenters, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free.The appearance of the bunk bed is awesome and exactly as shown in the images. The wood finish looks premium and adds a very elegant touch to the room. In terms of size, the bed is very well-designed—it is spacious enough that even adults can sleep on it comfortably, which makes it very practical for long-term use.We are extremely satisfied with the quality of the wood and the overall build of the bunk bed. It feels sturdy and well-crafted. Most importantly, my daughter absolutely loves it—she had been dreaming about decorating her own bunk bed for months, and she couldn’t be happier!Thank you to Strata Furniture for the excellent product and outstanding customer service. I would definitely consider purchasing more products from them in the future.

Installation issues.Fabulous product

I received STRATA Bunk bed on 3/10/2025.The delivery people refused to bring it upto room which ws on 1st floor saying installation people will do so. Infact they were willing to take it back. Obviously we didn't order a product to send it back. So this huge package was lying their in my porch for a week.Product was scheduled to be installed on 10/10. We waited whole day for the guy to contact us. Eventually he called in evening. He refused to do the job saying it was delivery peoples job to bring the package to room. So we spent next 3 days calling amazon customer care. Tried to return the product. Return was approved however we were supposed to do it on our expense.Very Smart. So we again try to contact installation guy. This time he said it was free of cost if done on tht very day when it was scheduled, now we have to pay for installation. However thanks to amazon .. amazon was quite supportive. They asked us to get it installed on our own .We gave the bill & they refunded the whole amount to my amazon pay balance. Loved amazon for this.So now coming back to product. It's fabulous.5star for the product. You won't be able to get such a fine piece at such competitive rates. It looks elegant. Happiness on my kids face made me forget all the hassle. It's quite comfortable & spacious.Assembly was far easy than I actually thought & took less than 2hrs. Everything needed was supplied with the product.Only issue is that board for drawers is bit short, creating a gap.

The quality of this bunk bed is awesome, especially at this price point. The build quality is excellent, and the bed looks fantastic. I also needed some support from Strata Furniture during the installation, and their team was extremely helpful and responsive. A special thanks to Sawai Singh, who was always available and promptly answered my calls. Overall, a great product and excellent customer support!
