I recently bought this cast iron Gunta Ponganal pan, and I’m very happy with my purchase. The pan is strong and heavy, which shows it is made of pure cast iron. It heats evenly and cooks ponganal perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.Cleaning is also easy if you follow basic care: dry it well after washing and apply a little oil. Overall, a great pan for making perfect appe at home.

recently bought this cast iron appe pan and I’m really happy with the purchase. The build quality is very strng &heavy, which shows it is made of pure cast iron. It heats evenly and cooks appe perfectly crispy from outside and soft inside.After proper seasoning, it becomes naturally non-stick and requires very little oil. Cleaning is also easy if you follow basic care like drying properly and applying a little oil.The bst part is that it is chemical-free and healthier compared to non-stick pans. It may feel a bit heavy initially, but that’s exptd in cast iron.Overall, a great product for daily use. Totally worth buying!

Patience is the key to using cast iron cookware.

This is a good pan. I was looking for a sustainable alternative to non stick pan. This serves the purpose.In my first attempt batter was a bit loose, also I used very little oil, the pan wasn't perfectly hot before putting the batter, moreover I tried to flip too early. Combination of this led to spoiled first batch. But all batches there onwards came out perfectly.Appe size would be a bit small though. Reducing 1 star for the size. Otherwise it's perfect.
