It has completely transformed my car's infotainment system without any modifications. The setup was quick and simple—just plug it in once, and it connects automatically every time I start the car.The wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay work smoothly, eliminating the hassle of connecting cables on every drive. What makes the Tune Prime even better is that it has its own SIM card slot, allowing me to use mobile data directly without relying on my phone's hotspot. It also supports both Android and Apple phones, making it perfect for families using different devices.I was impressed by the ability to install apps directly on the device. Apps like YouTube, Netflix, Google Maps, Spotify, and many others work great (video apps are best used while the car is parked). Doesn't work with aftermarket Alpine system

The device doesn't connect to after market systems like Alpine. I called Portronics support and got told that it's been certified to work only with OEM systems that come with the car. As I came to know after return window it's 12k wasted.

Works well with ford ecosport, but have some drawbacks

Product is good and compatible with ford ecosport . It has everything for making old android auto to literally like a phone , there is minimal lag , it takes 10-20 seconds to launch when car starts , but after that it's flawless.There are some issues like dual touch doesn't work, so pinch to zoom in/out doesn't work, that's a major discomfort when using maps . YouTube music works but dual screen is buggy. Size is just enough to ignore, but sometimes it does feel quite big , but for the feature it gives worth it than not having this.
