Comfortable and Really Helps

This posture corrector is comfortable to wear and has been genuinely helpful in keeping my back and shoulders in a better position. The adjustable straps make it easy to get a comfortable fit without feeling too restrictive. It gives gentle support and reminds me to avoid slouching while sitting or working. The material feels reasonably comfortable even when worn for longer periods. It is lightweight and easy to wear under loose clothing without much discomfort. Overall, a useful product for improving posture with regular use.

Uncomfortable

It's a basic support belt. It will simply flex as you bend and slouch and it doesn't support your posture and spine straight upright that well. It feels like a cushion behind back. it provides certain amount of relief in back as you wear it. But not good if you are looking for something that genuinely holds your posture and keeps your spine upright. Also the straps dig into the skin and are are really uncomfortable. The material and build quality seems fine and it's easy to wear like a backpack.
