Petverse Self-Cleaning Automatic Cat Litter Box App-Controlled Litter Box

Don’t buy this

This contains a big problemI bought this in starting of 2026Till today, my Cat did not use thatAnd the major problem is this machine have touch buttons which get triggered by many things. For example, if you are doing any water related work near this machine, if a single droplet touch any of the touch button, they take action or if your cat tried to go inside, and by mistake, clicked on the touch button, then also they take action. For example, I added around 5 KG litre in this and my Cat by mistake clicked on that empty button, this machine dumped all 5 KG in the binSometimes my cat touch the empty button, sometimes my house help by mistake, touch the empty button while cleaningDue to this reason, I got a loss of 5 KG later multiple times

Good product, does the job

We've been using this litterbox for over 3 months now. My experience has been pretty good overall. We use it in the main hall and have not run into any issues with pungent smell in the house. We did run into issues with there being a trash bag full alert even when trash has been emptied, and the settings for the same in the app are a little convoluted. The app would be the weakest part of the whole experience and any improvents there would be really good.

Damaged product

I received this product in a damaged condition. After contacting customer support, I was told it was not eligible for a refund/return, but later my return request was rejected. This is a very expensive product, and customers expect proper quality checks before it is shipped. It’s hard to understand how a damaged or defective product could pass quality inspection. I am very disappointed with both the product quality and the after-sales service. I would not recommend buying this product, as the customer support and return process have been extremely disappointing.
