Good product BUT available at better costing from orginal seller's website
Overall a pretty good product. The quality of the glass is rather decent and it's functionality is on point. A couple of things to note though:1. The cost here is approximately Rs 200 more than what it is on the Outontrip website2. Delivery by Amazon can be sketchy and you can NOT count on the Customer service agents for anything3. Although the functionality is perfect, the pipe provided with this is on the longer end and touches the base of the bong when it's in place. If it was even a couple millimetres more, the fit wouldn't have been proper rendering it unusable. WITH THAT SAID, I'm sure the Outontrip guys do a quality check which is why I received it without any defects to funtionality.
