Decent gyser.
Very good product and looking decent. It takes minimum 10 minutes to heat water at required temperature. I suggest to manufacturer to add a digital plate to display temperature and also provide initial installation by Service center.

Service realted
I am writing to formally complain about the extremely poor service provided by Orient Company.I am highly disappointed with their service and the way my concerns have been handled. Despite expecting proper customer support and timely assistance, my experience has been very unsatisfactory.I request you to kindly look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action to address the issue and improve the quality of customer service.I would also advise other customers to carefully consider the quality of service before making a purchase from the company.
