Must have for Peace of Mind

After using the Noise Explorer Watch 2 for over a month, I can confidently say it is an essential purchase for parents prioritizing their child's safety.Key Highlights:Precise Live Tracking:Unlike many trackers that only provide a general vicinity, this watch delivers near-accurate real-time location updates directly within the app. The automatic refresh feature ensures you always have the latest information.Safety Features:The Geo-fencing and alert system is highly effective, proactively notifying you about your child's movements and providing an extra layer of security.Communication:The calling and video call functionalities perform admirably. Voice quality is clear, and video quality is decent for a device in this category. The additional text and voice note features further enhance family connectivity.Connectivity & Performance:The watch works seamlessly with Jio SIM cards also. The build quality is robust, and the software receives regular updates.Games:The watch doesn't offer any kind of games for obvious battery reasons.Crucial Setup Note:While the watch is easy to use, the initial setup requires careful attention. Please ensure you add the country code (+91 for India) for both the child's SIM number and the parents' numbers while saving them in the app. Skipping this step can lead to calling or connectivity issues, so double-check this during setup.Areas for Improvement:The only significant drawback is battery life. The watch requires daily charging, as it lasts approximately one day on a full charge. While manageable, a longer battery life would make this device near-perfect.Final Verdict:Despite the battery limitation, the peace of mind this watch offers is invaluable. What sets the Noise Explorer Watch 2 apart from competitors in the same price bracket is the brand's established trust and reliability. In a market flooded with lesser-known alternatives, Noise delivers a dependable product backed by a reputable name.

Failed pairing

I would like to share my recent experience with this latest watch ordered through Amazon. I ordered it for my daughter’s school trip and, to my shock, it did not pair. No messages—nothing was working except the calling function, which again was disturbed. When I’m trying to replace/return it, the same is not happening on Amazon despite being within the return window. The problem got resolved after my daughter returned from the trip, and it is a sheer waste for me now.I just want to ask: why was the product launched on platforms like these if there was a glitch/technical error on the company’s part? No one is replying from your customer service. Please refund my money.

Great safety features for kids, minor quirks but worth it!

Overall, the Noise Junior Explorer 2 has been a very satisfying purchase for our kids. It gives great peace of mind when they go out to play, so we don't have to constantly worry about their whereabouts. What works great:Excellent Video Calls: The clarity during video calls is surprisingly amazing.Kid-Friendly UI: It is incredibly easy to use. Even young kids around 6–7 years old can navigate and handle it with ease.Parental Controls: The parent-controlled contact setup is a massive plus. It whitelists numbers so anonymous or spam callers can't call or text the watch.Habit/Time Table Scheduler: You can set up schedules/reminders, which comes in very handy to alert the kids to have their lunch or drink water on time.Things to keep in mind:Charging & Battery: Charging takes a bit long, and the battery life is just okay—it comfortably lasts for exactly one day, so you will need to charge it nightly.GPS Precision: The geofencing tracking isn't highly precise, but considering the price point of this watch, it does a decent enough job.Verdict: If you want an affordable way to stay connected with your outdoor-loving kids without handing them a smartphone, this is a solid buy.
