My Review of the Native M2 Neo Pro Water Purifier by Urban Company

’ve been using the Native M2 Neo Pro Water Purifier by Urban Company for the past month, and I’m genuinely satisfied with the product. One of the biggest reasons I chose this purifier is its excellent RO filtration. The water in my area has a TDS of around 1,000, and this purifier consistently brings it down to around 50 TDS, providing clean, safe, and great-tasting drinking water. The difference in water quality is noticeable, and the taste is excellent. The purifier has a modern, premium design, and the touch controls are responsive and easy to use. I also love the smart IoT features, which let me monitor the purifier and check its status directly from my mobile phone. It makes the whole experience much more convenient.Another feature I really appreciate is the battery backup. Even during a power cut, the purifier can still dispense water, which is very useful.I purchased it during the Amazon Prime Day Sale for ₹14,300, and I think it offers excellent value for money. I also opted for the 2-year Annual Maintenance Plan (AMC) for ₹5,000, which I feel is a great deal and gives me complete peace of mind for long-term maintenance. The installation and after-sales service have also been excellent. I’m based in Kakinada, and the service team has been prompt and professional whenever needed.Pros* Excellent RO purification performance.* Reduces TDS from around 1,000 to about 50.* Great-tasting drinking water.* Smart IoT features with mobile app monitoring.* Battery backup allows water dispensing during power cuts.* Premium design with responsive touch controls.* Excellent 2-year AMC for ₹5,000, offering great value and peace of mind.* Good installation and after-sales service.* Great value, especially during Amazon Prime Day Sale.Cons* Honestly, I haven’t found any major drawbacks so far.Overall VerdictOverall, I’m extremely happy with the Native M2 Neo Pro. If you’re currently buying bottled water or looking for a reliable RO purifier, I’d definitely recommend investing in one. The water quality, smart features, battery backup, affordable AMC, and reliable service make it a fantastic purchase. For me, it has been well worth the investment.Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)

Excellent Water Purifier

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Water Purifier – Native M2 ProI am using the Native M2 Pro with municipal water having around 320 TDS, and I am very satisfied with its purification performance. The water quality and taste after purification are very good. What I particularly like is the real-time monitoring of the purification process and the ability to check the health status of the purifier. The app also provides convenient filter-status monitoring, warranty-period details, and other important information—all in one place. The smart monitoring features make it easy to keep track of the purifier’s performance and know when maintenance or filter replacement may be required.Overall, the Native M2 Pro has been an excellent choice for my 300-400-TDS municipal water, and I would definitely recommend it. 👍

Excellent Water Quality & Great Value for Money.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ **4/5**I've been using the **Native M2 Pro RO** for the last **3 months**, and so far I haven't faced any issues. The touch buttons work perfectly, and everything is functioning smoothly. My input water TDS is around **307**, and after purification it comes down to about **25–50 TDS**. The water tastes smooth and fresh, and the purification quality is excellent. The **8-liter storage capacity** is perfect for a family of **4–5 people**. The installation was quick and professional—it took **hardly 30 minutes**. Another thing I really like is how **quiet** this RO is. The noise level is extremely low; you can barely hear it unless you stand very close to the unit.Overall, it's a very good RO water purifier, and I would definitely recommend it. It comes with a **2-year warranty**, **no maintenance**, and **no filter replacement for 2 years**, which makes it great value for money.I was so satisfied with the product that I even ordered another **Native M1 Pro** for my second home. If you're looking for a reliable RO with great water quality, low noise, and good value for money, you can buy this one without hesitation.
