Muralicraft Sheesham Wood 45" Dining Table Set of 4 (45 inch, Pack of 4)

It's beautiful and functional

The furniture is a lot better than what I expected. My biggest concern about purchasing furniture online is quality and the potential for damage during transit, but fortunately it was delivered safely although it was delayed for more than 2 weeks. The quality of wood and the surface finish is very good for the price range.I observed a small defect. Not sure whether is happened during production or while in transit but a crack appeared at one of the leg mounting points under the table platform while putting the bolt in the slot and tightening it. Hoping it won't give any trouble in the future. The installation is very easy and straight forward.Overall, I am satisfied with the product.

Very good furniture

Delivered on time by two people who placed the package in the room I requested and they even offered to open it and assemble the furniture. Packaging was very good. The sizes of table, chairs and stool match the measurements given in the website. The bench shown in the image is actually a stool. The seller has provided all the nuts, bolts, washers and spanners required to assemble the furniture. Assembling is easy. I took away two chairs and table to my workplace in my car before I assemble them. The table, chair and stool all are polished well, functional and sturdy. The chairs have plastic fitted at the end of their legs. Overall good product at this price.

WORST SELLER AND PRODUCT- DO NOT BUY

Worst customer care support , seller not even responding to any messages or mails neither getting support from Amazon customer care , keep raising issues and making you wait for two - three months by raising four to five return requests which are getting rejected by courier partner and Amazon only and ending with no solution for replacement or refund from Amazon even though product has manufacturing defects and under one year of warranty as mentioned in description .. If you get such defective product you will end up with same product without any replacement or return so do not buy this , chair has screws for assembly which are getting loose within two months of use only , better to go for different product and seller than this or go offline only , totally useless product now for us and total waste of 16k , installation charges they are taking separately which is totally useless as chairs are getting disassembled again and again , we tried from our side twice to fix chairs issue by paying ourselves still no use so don’t go for this product and don’t waste money , I would give 0 star
