Lenovo 300 FHD Webcam

Amazing camera for interviews

I bought the Lenovo 300 FHD Webcam because my laptop’s inbuilt camera stopped working and I needed a webcam urgently for interviews and daily video calls. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the purchase. The video quality is really good. The 1080p lens gives a clear and sharp picture, which looks professional during interviews and meetings. The webcam is also very easy to set up — just plug and play without any complicated installation process. I did not face any lagging or connectivity issues while using it, which made the experience smooth and reliable. The built-in microphones also work decently for normal calls and interviews, so for most users there is no need for an external mic.The only thing I personally did not like was the ultra-wide field of view. For regular users, webcams are mostly used by a single person for interviews, office meetings, or daily calls, so capturing such a wide area feels unnecessary. It sometimes shows too much background, which I found a bit distracting.Other than that, the webcam performs really well for its price and purpose. If you need a simple, reliable webcam with good video quality for work, interviews, or online meetings, this is definitely a good option and totally recommended.

Not ideal for low light

Its a decent fhd webcam. Plug and play. However, you need absolute good room lighting preferably in front of you or else it capture pretty dark video. Doesnt work great under low light

Finally a good webcam..

I went through several of the Amazon non branded webcams .. Tizium and so on.. They were all uniformly outrageously bad, and in spite of claiming HD, the picture quality on those cameras was quite bad. Saw this on sale one day and immedeatly jumped on it, as it was a brand name. this was also on sale for Rs 2200 or so.. Price seems to be dropping in the evenings..This webcam is HD and has 2.1 Megapixel (this scared me a bit first, but after some research realized that this is quite decent and actually on the higher side for webcams at this price range). It is a fixed focus webcam, so you cannot zoom and such. Has stereo mic, but I am not sure it is has noise reduction.the product and the. build quality is excellent, and a sharp diffrence from the other plasticky webcams at this price range. The picture is very good and clear, although I would say it is not the best.. but for a budget webcam, the picture is excellent, and moreover the image is clean and not grainy. Attaching a low light image captured in the night with just normal lighting. As you can see the image is still clear and not grainy. This is definitely the best webcam on Amazon right now for under Rs3000 price..

Value for money.

It's good, value to money, for basic video call/streaming. Need better lighting for clarity. One can buy it not wate of money. Mount clip is not that adjustable.
