Easy to clean & it's also convinent for cooking

I’m really happy with this air fryer. It is easy to use, cooks food quickly and gives good results with very little oil. I’ve used it for fries, snacks and other foods, and everything comes out nicely cooked and crispy. The controls are simple to operate, and cleaning it is also quite easy. The size is convenient for everyday use, and the build quality feels good. Overall, it is a great product for the price and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and healthier way to cook.

Regretting buying from Amazon

I purchased a KENT Ultra Air Fryer from Amazon for ₹2,899, and the knob became loose/not working properly. What should have been a simple after-sales service issue has turned into an extremely frustrating experience.I scheduled a technician visit for the defective product. Instead, I received a call from KENT saying that due to a technical issue, the technician visit could not be arranged. I was then told that I would have to pay ₹2,899 AGAIN, after which they would take back my existing air fryer and supposedly refund the amount I had already paid.My question is very simple: Why should I pay twice for a product that has developed a problem? When I asked for written confirmation or proper assurance about the refund of my original ₹2,899, I did not receive a satisfactory answer. A customer should not be expected to make another full payment based only on a verbal promise of a future refundThe after-sales support has been equally disappointing. I have contacted Amazon customer care repeatedly and spent a huge amount of time explaining the same issue again and again. First, an AI chatbot gives repetitive and irrelevant responses without actually understanding the problem. Then a representative joins, asks me to explain everything again, and still there is no proper solution. Representatives keep changing, and the conversation gets disconnected/closed without resolving the issue.I am essentially being sent back and forth between Amazon and KENT while I, the customer who has already paid ₹2,899, am left without a proper resolution.This is what makes the experience so frustrating: KENT is asking me to pay again, while Amazon is not providing an effective after-sales solution.I bought the product through Amazon expecting proper customer protection and after-sales support. Instead, I have spent hours chatting, explaining, waiting and repeating the same thing without getting a clear resolution.Extremely disappointing experience with both KENT and Amazon. Customers should not have to chase two companies just to get a reasonable solution for a defective product.
