Just okay this time

Just okay for this price range because the fragrance is not remaining more than half an hour and this time I am not at all satisfied compared to my first purchase from this brand

Very disappointing, defective product

I I really don’t understand what is the problem with the seller. Why he keeps sending me the defective product I have to gift thus product but bead of the defectiveness of the product I have to replace the product now it’s getting delayed in gifting . first it was the broken frame of the bottle. Now it is the broken nozzle of the bottle which is very disappointing, and I also feel very bad. I don’t know what to do like if I request a return then they have to refund the amount which I don’t want initially, but I don’t know why he keeps sending defective products. Even the smell of the two perfumes are quite different. It seems like he has tried to open the nozzle during which it’s just broke and he might have changed the perfume. I don’t know for sure but it’s very disappointing. I used to buy this same product perfume from Nykaa every time, but this time I thought to give a try to Amazon because it was reasonable price, but this is very disappointing.
