Worth it🥂

Comes with good packaging assembling was simple ,it include tilt adjustment head rest which is adjustable,hand rest adjustment ,height adjustment all are perfect ,cushioning is also good .gas lifting is good which uses class2 I think it might be 3 or 4 but it's okey.when comes to quality it is good only the hand rest feels cheap quality abs or plastic but it looks durable previously I used normal office chair when comes to this feels like a gaming chair i got it for 4500 and it worth the price ,if it is a first chair for u or upgrade u r normal office chair to this you are gonna love this ,as a first impression it's perfect for me it claim 3 yr warranty and iam contact the customer care through WhatsApp and they are alive and get replies from their side it's good ,final thing is the durability i can't predict that but surely run for1 yr

Defective product and extremely poor after-sales service

I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the after-sales service from IAFA.I purchased the IAFA Ergolux High Back Ergonomic Office Chair from Amazon, and it was delivered on 11 August 2026. After assembling it, I found a clear manufacturing defect in the backrest mounting area. One of the three mounting holes had an extra layer/material, because of which the backrest could not be fitted properly and remained tilted. A crack also started developing around the affected mounting point.I reported the issue to IAFA on 30 August with photos and videos. Their support team acknowledged the issue and agreed to provide a replacement backrest.What happened after that is extremely frustrating.IAFA initially mentioned a stock issue. Later, they provided a Maruti Courier tracking number on 10 September. The tracking showed "Order Confirmed" and "Ready for Dispatch" on 11 September, but there was no actual dispatch movement till today (25th Sep.)I contacted IAFA multiple times and was repeatedly told that the matter had been escalated to the shipping partner. I also contacted Maruti Courier myself and provided the same tracking number, but they were unable to confirm any actual shipment movement.So, after reporting a manufacturing defect, I have been left waiting for weeks for a replacement backrest, with no clear delivery commitment.The biggest problem here is not just the manufacturing defect. Defects can happen. The real problem is how IAFA handles the issue after the sale. Instead of providing a straightforward replacement within a reasonable time, I have had to repeatedly chase them for updates, and even after a tracking number was provided, there was no clear evidence of actual dispatch.For a company selling ergonomic office chairs, this level of after-sales support is unacceptable.Think carefully before purchasing if after-sales service and replacement support are important to you.I have kept the photos, videos, communication, invoice and courier tracking records as documentation of this entire experience.

Good budget buy

Purchased this for my son and he really likes it. Decent for the price, but basic. The material and wheel quality seem okay. Though I sometimes feel I should have gone for a higher variant, it's a decent, comfortable option for him.
