HP 15 Smartchoice (24 GB RAM, 1 TB)

No nonsense Laptop

This laptop comes with a good configuration, most needed feature with ai. When I checked the warranty was already activated on 19 sep 2025 which was stared when the machine was turned on at the factory for initial setup( came to know from hp team) . Which is perfectly fine. I contacted customer support and send my deatils on india.pop@hp.com with payslip having serial no. The warrenty was updated in just 2hrs. Good service from HP. I hope this information will help who is planning to buy this laptop. Overall product is better. Performance is faster. Battery and sound is average. Handles my all the task smoothly. So far my experience is positive. Fingerprint sensor or face unlock feature could be a plus point but fine.

Warranty and res

Neither Amazon nor Click Tech appears to be taking responsibility for properly handling this order.Click Tech has provided an invoice and packing slip that do not contain the product’s serial number. When I checked the warranty status of the product on the brand’s official website, I found that the warranty had already expired. This raises a serious concern about the product being supplied and the absence of proper product identification/documentation.Now, I am being asked to return the product and place a fresh order. This means I have to go through the entire process again and lose approximately 10 days due to an issue that is entirely outside my control.Amazon’s response that “the return is being arranged, hence the issue is resolved” is not an acceptable resolution. Arranging a return does not compensate for the inconvenience, wasted time, or disruption caused to me.I am not purchasing products from Amazon to perform quality checks, verify warranty validity, or identify whether the seller has supplied a properly documented product. I purchased this product for my own use and expected Amazon and the seller to ensure that a genuine, properly documented and warranty-eligible product was delivered.I therefore expect Amazon to take ownership of this issue and provide an appropriate resolution, rather than simply processing a return and considering the matter closed. I have already lost valuable time because of this error, and I should not be expected to bear the consequences of a seller/fulfilment failure.
