Happy with the Product

I’ve been very happy with my Hisense TV. The picture quality is excellent, with vibrant colors, sharp details, and good brightness, making movies and sports enjoyable to watch. The sound is clear for everyday use, and the smart TV interface is smooth and easy to navigate.Setting it up was quick, and apps like YouTube, Netflix, and Prime Video run without any issues. Worth the Amount

The screen is vivid and has good colour depth. It auto recognises the content which has dolby Atmos and dolby Vision.The quality of audio and video depend on the content of the OTT. Netflix has good titles and you need to view them to understand the quality you can achieve whole viewing the video and audio perspectives.20w subwoofer is good. It gives decent audio for a good household.I am comparing it any other brands but the tv is worth the amount. The remote control and tv response is fluidic. The experience is good.The tv app is also reliable and doesn't pack any junk. The vidaa os os good. They give you recommended content.

Money gone (amazon screwed me) on a defective product (hisense also failed) - no help for justice

Buying this tv from Amazon is not wise..They will only let me publish positive reviews. And if I write any thing true or negative - it does not come out.1. TV is faulty - Hisense low quality product : sound problem speech and music when together has so much noisy in output (very low quality speakers in this one that I got in india. I have the same in UK which is much superior quality)2. Low amazon support and assist team - waiting 3 days for the 48 response time of tech support person (and running out of return window by their plan I guess)3. You can't return faulty goods easily - amazon made a system that has no fair way of return or replacement as they say in policy. Also if you click the return button you have nothing else to click further it's a dead link.. so phone call and except excessive delays and no shows when you are painfully trying to make sense of money spent4. Identifying the problem itself is pain with no help. (I am tech lead in premium automotive segment and its kind of the qualification needed if you want to deal with this tv here)- the install and setup guy drilled 4 holes for wall mount, 2 of them made it all-the way to my neighbours room - and who will fix it ?I refused to give him the otpas his name was not the person named by amazon messages ( ie, person identity was incorrect)+ asked atleast a seal to close the hole, He walked away - and I felt so uncomfortable.. amazon people!-also before his wall mounting skillshow, he found that audio in my tv is similar to other tvs.While I have documented proof of captured sound and sent sound differing in left vs right speakers via various testing applications.5. Used goods - I bet the TV I have had been returned multiple times or a show piece product shoved to me and making me a helpless person.Amazon refused to disclose that information (even though they have it), baiting the unlucky ones..6. The reason we need better retailers and makers: The problem is also fairly unique - as speakers work but produce low quality sound (due to right speaker failing to match and equal left speaker) It's 100% detectable over time, but it was born defective when you paid for it and no one cared.Also, imagine the number of amazon guys you need to convince and get pass by to get this sorted- and I got this for my parents (I wonder how many old people they fooled so far)Will update if at all amazon helps in replacing or refunding.Update :Amazon return - they dont show up and claimed my package was not ready that resulted in me chasing the customer service for over an hour to get another slot . (cowardly, untrue, unprofessional, justice-lacking)Once again on the same order - amazon screwed me over again..The amazon experience : I am losing my money close to one lakh in the hands of liars + have to pay damages to my neighbour caused by their unskilled labour + one week of mental pain as 1 lakh is not easy money.
