Worst design and customer support
Dont buy this product. Seller didnt mention it as P-Trap and not providing parts along with this pack and this design also will create frequent issues after installation. Water flow from the flush tank is not from all directions of the WC, hence its not flushing out properly.Waste of buying this. Now i need to spend more money to pull out floor, wall tiles and change it to P trap.
