Waste of time and money, no service was provided even after repeated requests, very irresponsible service team, totally disappointed⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I purchased a Havells 25L geyser from Amazon. Initially, the installation was done by a Havells service technician at my home.Unfortunately, just 5 days after installation, the geyser stopped heating the water. I immediately raised a service request with Havells. The same technician visited my home again, removed the geyser, and completely opened it for inspection. After checking it, he clearly stated that the product had a manufacturing defect from the company itself.What followed was a very frustrating experience. I raised several complaints and service requests with Havells and followed up multiple times. However, despite the technician confirming the product defect, Havells initially refused to provide service or honor the warranty.I did not give up and continued following up with them. After almost 3 months of continuous follow-up and a lot of frustration, I was finally prepared to approach the "Consumer Forum" regarding the issue.At that point, Havells came back and finally "provided a replacement".I am now happy and satisfied that the issue has finally been resolved. However, I strongly feel that Havells needs to improve its after-sales service and warranty support. Customers should not have to struggle for three months to get a replacement for a product that was confirmed to have a manufacturing defect.My overall experience:* Product: ⭐⭐⭐⭐* Installation: ⭐⭐⭐⭐* After-sales service: ⭐⭐* Warranty support: ⭐⭐* Final resolution: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I appreciate that Havells eventually replaced the defective unit, but I hope they improve their customer support so other customers don't have to go through the same experience.
