A Comfortable and Versatile Throne for Creatives

I've been searching for the perfect chair to accommodate my multifaceted work routine, which involves office work, gaming, and art. I'm thrilled to have found the Green Soul Ultimate Monster T Series, which has exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, adjustability, and build quality.Height Adjustment: A Game-Changer for Tall and Short Users AlikeAs a shorter individual, I was hesitant to opt for the T Series, knowing it's designed to accommodate taller users. However, I prioritized the ability to adjust the chair to a higher height, which has proven to be a great decision. Please note that if you're under 5'2", your legs might not reach the ground, so the S Series might be a better fit. For me, though, the extra height has been a blessing.Comfort and AdjustabilityThe chair's comfort level is exceptional, thanks to its adjustable backrest, which allows me to customize the fit to my liking. The lumbar support is particularly impressive, providing excellent care for my lower back during extended work sessions. The neck pillow is a wonderful addition, providing excellent support and further enhancing the overall comfort experience. I've spent hours sitting in this chair, and I can confidently say it's been a game-changer for my productivity and overall well-being.Sturdy Build and Easy InstallationThe chair's sturdy build inspires confidence, and I appreciate the attention to detail in its design. Installation was relatively easy, although I recommend having a second person assist, as it can be a bit of a challenge to maneuver the parts alone.Exceptional Customer SupportWhat truly sets Green Soul apart, however, is their exceptional customer support. From the initial inquiry to post-purchase support, the team has been responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in ensuring my satisfaction. It's clear that they prioritize their customers' needs, and I appreciate the peace of mind that comes with knowing I can rely on their support.ConclusionIn conclusion, I'm thoroughly impressed with the Green Soul Ultimate Monster T Series. Its unique combination of comfort, adjustability, and build quality makes it an excellent choice for anyone seeking a versatile chair for work, gaming, or creative pursuits. With exceptional customer support to boot, I highly recommend this chair to anyone in the market for a high-quality seating solution.

Best one in this price segment

This is my second Monster series chair. First one was bought back in 2019 and still going strong without any problems. Replaced the gas lift and legs (old model had a non metal base and it flexed and lost its shape after 4 years). The current model is better in terms of seat cushion and shape. However I can see that the faux leather on the back side is a bit of a downgrade (like the ones in cheap headphone ear muffs) and I'm sure it will start to tear in a few years. You can see from the images. I don't rough use them, so fingers crossed. Also the lumbar support is a thinner one than the previous version. If you are going for a chair under 20k and comparing this with the likes of Sleepcompany or other models from Greensoul, I strongly recommend this one. This is a better option than others in the market.
