Very Good Treadmill, Few very small issues but nothing that a tinkerer can't fix

I am using this for 2 years now without any major problem.Couple of very minor issues I experienced were:1. The small Lubrication Oil tank inside cover cracked (I noticed this after days of using it) may be due fitted such that the outlet was under stress. I called Customer Care but in 2023 the replacement was not available. But later Fitkit do send me the tank without me aksing them again this is good this.Meanwhile I used and fitted a top of sillicone dispenser in the librication pump inlet pipe (where oil tank usually fits) and strap it with zip ties and it worked. Only thing is that I have to open cover to pour oil to lubricate.Unrelated to Treadmill: I think this is issue with any Sillicone Oil (may be some kind gas or vapour emitted by the oil which creates pressure inside any tank or bottle in which you store it. I had many bottles oil sillicone oil cracked overnight).2. The heart monitor is not reliable. And especially if humidity or sweat or water gets inside the sensor pad part.3. The fan is very small and there is no sufficient air throw for walker or runner, it might be there work for cooling of internal circuit.4. One small fly somehow got inside and died in the display area (below cover glass and above display unit). It is harmless but annoying to look at. But after few months it decayed but left very faint mark.Other Notes: After for using it for some time, you need to tighten some nuts and bolts. Those connected to Hydraulic Arm and One Big Nut inside plastic cover at front of Treadmill (You need check this once a 50-60 days, as it comes out and creates a pressure against cover and might break the cover if not tightened).Must have: You must use a good Voltage Stabilizer (especially if there are voltage fluctuations in your area). I use V-Guard VM 500 Voltage Stabilizer for Washing Machine, Microwave Oven, Treadmill (Grey)Lubricate regularly and especially if you feel the running matt is heating up excessively after 5km walk and you will feel the difference. Lubrication reduces noise and heating of running/walking surface pad.

Damaged Product, Delayed Delivery Status, and Extremely Poor Customer Support

I ordered this walking pad because Cult is a well-known fitness brand, and I expected the product quality and after-sales service to be reliable. Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite. The product arrived damaged. The belt was loose, torn in places, and kept shifting from left to right while the machine was in use. I also noticed that the belt was already worn out, with threads coming out of it.I contacted Amazon immediately and requested either a replacement or a refund. However, I was told that no action could be taken because the seller had not marked the product as delivered. Shockingly, the order remained unmarked for nearly three weeks. The seller finally marked it as delivered only after the return window had expired. Because of this delay, I was unable to initiate a normal return. The issue then continued for several more weeks, involving repeated calls and follow-ups with both Amazon and the seller. At one point, the seller said they would process the refund if Amazon approved it. Amazon reviewed the case and approved the refund, but the seller then refused to honour it. After nearly one and a half months of unnecessary stress, repeated conversations, and constant follow-ups, the product was finally returned and I received my money back.I understand that defective or damaged products can occasionally be delivered. What is unacceptable is delaying the delivery status, allowing the return window to close, repeatedly changing commitments, and making the customer struggle for weeks to receive a legitimate refund.Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this product or Cult’s customer service. Buyers should think carefully before purchasing, especially if they expect smooth returns, replacements, or dependable after-sales support.
