Excellent Product and Great Demo Experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently purchased the Ecovacs Deebot N50 Pro Omni, and I’m very happy with my purchase. The cleaning performance is excellent—it does a great job of picking up dust, dirt, and everyday debris, and its ability to clean under furniture is really useful. The setup and operation are quite easy, and the app is user-friendly. The robot works efficiently and quietly, making everyday cleaning much easier and more convenient.I would also like to specially appreciate Mr. Debdeep Mahato, who came to our home personally to give us a detailed demonstration of the product. He explained all the features patiently, cleared all our doubts, and guided us on how to use and maintain the robot properly. His polite and helpful approach made the overall buying experience even better.Overall, a great product with excellent performance and very good customer support. I’m really satisfied with the purchase and would definitely recommend it!

Great suction and smart mapping, the mop function is okay.

I’ve been using the Ecovacs N50 Pro for a few weeks now, and it has definitely made keeping up with daily floors much easier. What I love:• Excellent Suction: It picks up pet hair, dust, and crumbs from both my hardwood floors and low-pile carpets without any issues.• Smart Navigation: The mapping feature is surprisingly accurate. It didn't take long to map my downstairs layout, and it rarely gets stuck under furniture.• App Control: The app is intuitive. Setting up "no-go zones" and scheduling specific rooms to be cleaned is very straightforward.• Battery Life: It easily finishes my entire lower floor on a single charge and heads straight back to its dock when it's done.Where it could improve:• Mopping: Like many hybrid robot vacuums, the mopping feature is more of a light wipe than a deep scrub. It's fine for keeping dust down, but it won't get rid of dried-on stains.• Small Dustbin: If you have heavy-shedding pets, you will need to empty the dustbin after every single run, as it fills up quickly.*Overall, it is a fantastic vacuum for daily maintenance and offers great value for the price. If you are buying it primarily for vacuuming, you won't be disappointed!*
