Design Issues
This neck platic cast support below the jaw doesn't stay as it is. It moves to one side when tightened. The sticker in the tape starts to irritate the skin on fixing the band.

1 x Hook and Loop Strap is not enough
I have purchased this produce, this Product is good.but they have provided only one1 x Hook and Loop Strap, after 15 days, of use gum of the strap reduced, & frequently disconnecting with the stretcher device. Now I want only Loop strap, I am not finding it anywhere.They should have given atleast 3 Loop strap with Neck stretcher device.
