Great Product, Excellent Seller Support

I purchased a dining table with four chairs. The design and overall quality of the product are very good, and it looks elegant once set up. Unfortunately, during transportation the table was damaged at one corner. This seems to be due to improper handling by the transport staff, who did not handle the item as carefully as required.Returning large furniture is a cumbersome process, and since I genuinely liked the product, I preferred to keep it rather than return it outright. Apart from the transit damage, the product itself meets expectations in terms of appearance and build. The seller’s service deserves special appreciation. After I reported the damage, they responded quickly and took full responsibility. They first attempted to resolve the issue by arranging local carpenters to repair the table. When that solution did not work, they promptly sent a brand new replacement table and arranged pickup of the damaged one.All transportation and replacement costs were borne entirely by the seller. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and customer-first approach turned a difficult situation into a positive experience. Highly reliable and trustworthy seller.
