Bad customer service no use of buying walk pad
Waste productsDon't waste your moneyI bought last July 271 week later it's stop workingI tried to claim warranty.first I called they said to put mail. Later one guy called me he said to put lubricant to the belt, then had video call he said to open the front cover, asked to show the motor and he asked to share photos of motor specifications later another guy called from Bangalore he talk only kanada, we managed later he came and checked the machine physically after 3 week of my complain. Now am waiting for motor to replace now all most august 20.. very bad response for any walk pad.. I lost my confidence on my weight loss journey... If ur weight is less than 90 kg then buy this product. Don't trust the product description..
