Good tablet
After adding this to my night routine I felt my evenings becoming calmer. In the beginning the main change was how relaxed my body felt before bed. Slowly falling asleep became easier without restlessness. Sleep felt deeper and more settled. I woke up feeling less tired. My mind felt calmer through the night. Summary of my experience with this melatonin product
Melatonin works only if you know how to use it.Kindly switch off the lights and stop using the phone 20-30mins after taking the pill. Not to mention, stop moving and doing other things.Having said that, this thing works 80% of the time for me and it is good enough.I took around 40-45 pills in 9 months and I had the groggy feeling only once.Oh. And those worrying about this breaking your natural melatonin production, don't worry, it doesn't. There are so many independent studies that prove otherwise. Don't take my word for it, kindly do your research and then acknowledge.Good product for sure
