Worthy to buy.
I recently started taking these magnesium tablets to help with my overall muscle health and recovery. I workout five days a week and my muscles were starting to feel very tight. Since I added this to my routine I have noticed a big difference in how I feel. My legs and back don't feel as stiff when I wake up in the morning. I also feel much more relaxed in the evenings which helps me get to sleep. The tablets are a bit large but they are shaped in a way that makes them easy to swallow. I haven't had any issues with my stomach which is usually a concern for me. The bottle arrived very quickly and was packaged well to prevent any damage. I like that it provides a high dose of elemental magnesium in just two tablets. It is a very convenient and effective supplement for my busy lifestyle.
