Modern innovative stove no brands offer in India. Must buy.

I recently installed the Beyond Gas Stove Timer, and it has made a noticeable difference in both the safety and convenience of my kitchen. The product is well designed and works exactly as described. It automatically shuts off the gas supply after the preset time, which gives me peace of mind, especially when I am busy with household work or accidentally forget to turn off the stove. The installation was straightforward, and the timer is easy to operate with simple controls. The build quality feels sturdy, and the mechanism works smoothly without any issues. It is particularly useful for cooking dishes that require a fixed amount of time, as I no longer have to constantly monitor the stove. This feature not only prevents food from burning but also helps avoid unnecessary gas wastage. One of the biggest advantages is the added layer of safety for families with elderly members or busy lifestyles. Knowing that the gas will automatically turn off reduces the risk of accidents caused by leaving the stove on unintentionally.Overall, the Beyond Gas Stove Timer is a reliable, practical, and worthwhile investment for any home. It combines convenience, energy savings, and enhanced kitchen safety, making it a product I would confidently recommend to others.I am happy with the warranty they provide which gives faith/trust in purchasing this stove instead of buying other brands.

Failure/Poor product quality and no proper service support

I have been using the Beyond Appliances Smart Timer Dorado Hob top (BA-DO4BAI75) for around 2 years, and my experience has been very disappointing. The biggest issue is the very low flame. I have raised service complaints, including during the warranty period, but the technicians only replace the burner or nozzle without identifying or fixing the actual problem. Even after replacement, there is no significant improvement. If a larger nozzle is used to increase the flame, it results in a yellow flame. The burners also don't last even a year despite very moderate usage by a 3-member family, with cooking shared between an induction stove and this hob.The most frustrating response from the service team is that "this model is like this only." If this is the normal performance of the model, why was it sold to customers?I understand this particular variant has now been discontinued, but existing customers are still left with the problem without a proper solution.I would strongly recommend potential buyers think carefully before purchasing this model. A premium-looking hob is not enough—the product should also provide reliable performance and proper after-sales support.

Long-Term Review: Beyond Hob (Purchased in May 2024)

I purchased the Beyond Hob in May 2024, and after using it extensively for several months, I feel confident sharing a long-term review based on real usage.Initially, I was quite skeptical about the product quality, mainly because Beyond was relatively new in the home appliance segment. When you are investing in a critical kitchen appliance like a hob, brand trust matters. However, I decided to go ahead with the purchase because Beyond comes from a very renowned brand with a strong presence in the commercial kitchen space, which gave me confidence in their engineering and manufacturing capabilities. From day one, the build quality has been impressive. The hob feels extremely solid, well-finished, and thoughtfully designed. The glass, knobs, and overall construction give it a very premium look, easily comparable to much more expensive brands. It blends beautifully with a modern kitchen and still looks as good today as it did when it was new. What really sets this hob apart are the features it offers at its price point. Features like auto ignition, a built-in timer, and a flame protection device are exceptionally useful and add both convenience and safety. What’s surprising is that very few—if any—other brands offer this combination of advanced features at a similar price range. These features genuinely enhance everyday cooking and are not just marketing add-ons.Another strong positive has been the sales and service experience. The team has been very approachable, responsive, and helpful throughout. Queries were handled patiently, and service requests were addressed with prompt support and clear communication, which is something many appliance brands struggle with. The only issue I encountered was that the larger burners initially took slightly longer to ignite, which I later understood was due to the flame protection device working as designed. While it was a minor inconvenience, the after-sales support team responded quickly, diagnosed the issue properly, and resolved it to my satisfaction without unnecessary delays.Overall VerdictOverall, the Beyond Hob has turned out to be a pleasant and reassuring purchase. It combines premium build quality, advanced safety and convenience features, and reliable after-sales support at a very competitive price. Despite my initial hesitation, my long-term experience has been very positive, and I would confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a feature-rich, premium-looking hob backed by a capable service team.
