Crazy good monitor for the price!

This is a very new monitor in the market from BenQ. I tried to search for any sort of reviews online but I couldn't find any.Nevertheless, I still risked it since BenQ is a good brand in this segment.Fast forward to two days from my date of ordering (16th Jan), it's an amazing piece of hardware! The panel, the quality, the build, everything about this punches above it's weight class. The software control is another added godsend. The speakers are LOUD!! Surprisingly, they are good as well. Not the blow you away kind, but I'd say better than most on board speakers (looking at you, Acer). The panel has minimal (almost none, can you believe it!) backlight bleeding for me (I think I lucked out), but again, this might not be same for others. The panel is insanely good, the colors are crisp, the sharpness and contrast, everything is on point. 200hz is more than enough for me.It even has a USB C port which lets me plug in my work laptop and it basically charges as well as connect my laptop to the monitor! (65w charging btw, inline with my ThinkPad)It has a sensor which can automatically adjust the colors and brightness as per the ambient light, but I prefer not to use it anyway.Only thing I would say bothers me is this is WHITE, so cleaning is something you'd have to do if you are like me. And obviously the stand, you'll hate it for sure, since it only offers a tilt mechanism. But I was good since I am a stand user (yes, it is a Jojo reference). Also, the plug provided is the big chunky 16A one, but I bought a new plug for it from the local market (10A, smaller one).Overall, a great purchase, and I'm glad I risked for the order.

    Quality Monitor at affordable price

I recently purchased this monitor and it's extremely good. QHD Resolution, Single USB Cable for Charging Laptop & display is a big advantage. Refresh rate is also pretty good & with 1ms response time, it detects the display very quickly. Highly recommended for those who are looking to upgrade from FHD to QHD monitor. Only drawback is you cannot adjust height, but it can be managed by placing it on a stand.

Would’ve been 5★ — minus 1★ for no DP cable in the box.

I’ve been using this monitor for around 10 days now, including multiple 12–13 hour GTA RP sessions, so this is a real-world review, not just first impressions.👍 What I Loved1. Panel Quality : Top NotchThe panel quality is genuinely impressive. It’s an IPS panel, but the black levels are surprisingly deep, almost VA-like if you don’t keep brightness too high. This was unexpected and honestly one of the biggest highlights.2. Colors : Insane LevelColors are just next level. Very vibrant yet natural at the same time. Nothing feels oversaturated or artificial. Whether it's gaming or general use, everything looks clean and pleasing to the eyes.3. Light Sensor : Works Perfectly (Underrated Feature)I saw some people complaining about the brightness sensor, but in my case it works flawlessly. In fact, I keep it ON all the time. It adjusts brightness very intelligently based on room lighting.4. Eye Comfort : Zero Strain Even After Long SessionsThis is where the monitor really shines. I’ve played GTA RP for 12–13 hours straight, and there was literally zero eye strain. That’s rare. The panel tuning and eye-care features are clearly doing their job.👎 The Biggest Negative (And It’s Important)No DisplayPort Cable in the BoxThis is honestly the biggest mistake by the brand. You only get an HDMI cable in the boxBecause of that, the monitor runs at max 144Hz out of the boxTo unlock the full 200Hz, you MUST buy a separate DP cableI personally had to use it at 144Hz for 4 days before getting a DP cable, which is frustrating considering the monitor supports much higher refresh rates.👉 So before buying, mentally add ~₹1000–₹1500 for a good branded DP cable to your budget.⚖️ Final VerdictIf you care about:Panel qualityColor accuracyEye comfort for long sessions👉 This monitor is absolutely worth it.But: 👉 Be prepared for the extra cost of a DP cable, otherwise you won’t get the full experience.

    Adaptive brightness works well

I bought this monitor for 16.4K. For this price I would say it is very good. I use it mostly for work.I was about to buy Acer xv272 x1 for 13.8k in sale, but then found that this one was just launched. Took a risk to buy this because no reviews were available and also spent 2.6k more. But it is worth the price. The screen is amazing and text looks crisp. The adaptive screen brightness works very well. If you turn off the lights in the room at night, you can almost instantly see that the monitor reduces brightness because the room is dark now. This reduces eye strain. The only cons are white color, black color was not available. And no height adjustment. Acer xv272 x1 had height adjustment and similar specs but no usb c for 2.6k less. But adaptive brightness is worth extra money. If you are looking for a great work monitor that is also good for movies and games, go for it.PS: you need to turn on brightness intelligence in settings.
