Good one

Been using this purifier for a couple of weeks now and overall experience is good. Water tastes clean and the purifier looks quite premium in the kitchen. Installation was also smooth. So far, no issues with the product. The adaptive mode was the main reason I went for this one. Water quality in my area keeps changing, so I didn't want RO running unnecessarily all the time. The purifier adjusts according to the incoming water, which is quite convenient. Good product overall.Build quality is genuinely good. It feels sturdy and the finishing is also nice. I have seen a lot of bulky purifiers but this one looks quite neat on the wall. Functionality is simple as well. Happy with the purchase.AMC ka scene mujhe kaafi achha laga. I didn't want to buy a purifier where every year there is a compulsory AMC expense. Here there is no compulsory AMC and filter replacement is based on usage. Makes more sense to me from a long-term cost perspective.Bought this for my parents and they are pretty happy with it. Operation is simple, so they don't have to keep figuring out different settings. Water tastes good and the overall design is also nice. Till now, hassle-free experience.I was initially a little confused because there are so many purifier options in the market. After comparing a few, I liked Atomberg mainly for the overall package. Good build, decent design and the purification options are well thought out. Been working fine so far.Adaptive mode is actually useful. I was a bit sceptical initially thinking it might just be a marketing feature, but after using it, I can see why it is useful when the water quality changes. One less thing to manually manage.Kaafi clean looking purifier hai. Kitchen mein lagne ke baad bulky nahi lagta. Water taste bhi theek hai and operation is simple. Installation wale bhi time pe aa gaye the. Overall experience abhi tak smooth hai.One thing I really liked is the filter replacement approach. Instead of blindly following a yearly schedule, the purifier tracks usage and tells you when replacement is needed. This feels more practical than the usual AMC model.Good product for regular home use. I was mainly looking for something reliable and easy to maintain. This checks both boxes for me. Build quality is solid and the purifier doesn't make the kitchen look cluttered. No complaints so far.Our water source changes depending on availability, so I wanted something which could handle varying water quality. That's where the adaptive mode made sense to me. It automatically adjusts the purification instead of me having to think about it. Pretty convenient.

Tap design poor quality & Wrong TDS display- Horrible after sales service in Tier 1 city only

19/01/26, this machine got installed, earlier i used to have HUL Pureit which i got it exchanged.Pros-1. Machine look wise is very good.2. Aap based so you can see all filters healthyness and control RO filter and other mode very easily.3. Think we can raise even the Complaints online4. Service in Hyderabad city is very good5. Wastage of water is very very less when compared to my old machine HUL PureitCons-1. While working it is making lot of noise generating from motor I think this might reduce after few days I will let you know later2. The machine is not a sleek model so you need to look for the dimensions if you want to keep it as a table mountain rather as wall mounted. HUL Pureit machine was sleek model with 10l of capacity. But this machine with 8L only is huge from behind so check dimensions before purchasing. But if you want to keep it as wall mounted then forget about this Con.3. Main issue when compared to other machines is its tap position. The tap handle is coming in between the water flow from the machine, generally we open and close the Tab very quickly on normal days but in this type of machine you have to open or close very slowly to prevent water spillage on the filter which is a big drawback for me when compared to my earlier HUL Pureit machine.4. The TDS which is being displayed on the machine is different when compare to actual TDS instrument check in a class of water. Example display it is shown as 85 TDS but in class of water with actual TDS instrument it showed as 63. Above 50 TDS level is good to drink with minerals in it. But the accuracy of display when compared to TDS instrument should be the same do not know why this huge difference.Note- the cons will differ from person to person and their usage so I cannot say that these cons might impact from buying.Other than these cons rest all are fine and I will review it back after 2 or 3 weeks usage.I am now putting my reviews again after 4 months of usage. I bought this on 19th Jan 26 and now today 19th May 26 am hereby compelled to write that the service part of this firm is just horrible. Especially in a city like Hyderabad, they dont have spare parts and it will take two or more days to order and fix it so you people will be literally have to depend upon purchasing water from outside. As informed in this review, the Tap is wrongly position and material is very delicate. Yesterday morning the Tap came out from one side and inspite of water is full in tank we were unable to take water and when contacted the service provided said that there is no spare parts and the company is giving only when ordered and there are spares with them. Think now, am staying in Hyderabad a cosmopolitan city and if here spares are not available then think on two or three tier cities. From the beginning am having doubt on service standards and they proved it right. Let me make it clear, other than this issue the machine is fine and water is good. My advise is purchase such a machine where you have service centers in your city else forget it.The latch is really poor quality (mine broke during fair use and no way you can get water unless replaced by a trained technician)
