Ambrane 100W GaN Charger

Fast charging.

It's actually very good. My phone is almost going to die (it's quite an old phone) but still it gets charged from 15% to 100% real quick.

Good product meeting variety of charging needs

I liked the compact design. You will feel it heavy in comparison to the size when you hold it. I tested with HP Elitebook and it charges normally. Samsung S21+ charges exactly like a regular Samsung charger. I tested with iPhone 16 Pro Max and charging fine. I do not have Chinese phones so did not test on those. My laptop was drawing 65w and charger did not heat up. Did not try on a laptop with 100w charging.I find the charger stable on a wall socket. When I tried on a table power socket which is grooved inside the table, it does not fit. I will have to use an external adapter or extender.I bought this to avoid carrying multiple chargers especially when I am in a business trip. In Europe, I have seen the power socket mounted raised up on the table and I do not expect trouble. One charger with suitable attachment to work in different countries is enough.I suggest the design can be made such that it fits well in table power socket which is grooved inside.I checked the other competing products and they also have similar problems. I got it for INR 2999 and find it okay for this price.

Reliable Performance with a minor Design flaw

All the ports are working as expected. I tested 65W charging with a MacBook Air successfully, and I’ll update this review after testing it with a 16-inch MacBook Pro M4 Pro, which supports 140W charging.Overall, this charger offers a solid balance between weight and performance. However, the main drawback is the poorly designed center of gravity. What does that mean in real-world use? Once the charger is plugged into the socket and all ports are occupied, the combined weight of the connected cables tends to pull the adapter downward. This can cause the charger to loosen from the socket and intermittently stop charging.I believe a foldable third pin — similar to Apple’s iPhone chargers — would improve stability significantly. Hopefully, the brand considers this in the next revision.
