amazon basics Pro Series IEM Earphone

Excellent Audio Quality & Great Value for Money!

I'm super impressed with the Amazon Basics Pro Series IEM Earphones - these sound like they were made by a company with a lot of know-how when it comes to Hi-Fi clear sound at this price point! The dual magnetic circuit dynamic drivers deal with bass, mids, and highs in a smooth manner, which makes music in different genres sound good and lively. The detachable cable is a standout feature - super convenient and durable and the tangle resistant flat cable design makes these ideal for use on a daily basis. The built in mic and controls are perfect for calls and playback which is so great when you are on the go.The size and feeling of them fit comfortably in the ear and feel sturdy, which is perfect if you're going to be listening for long periods of time, or going to be on a call for work. Considering the premium design and performance these earphones are phenomenal value for money. I would definitely recommend them - 5 stars all the way!

Is replacement possible on the earphones ?

Have been using the earphones from 10 days now. But, today suddenly the left side was just more quite.i had no problems till now. I thought it was wax build up, but even after cleaning out my ears, the difference in volume was still there. then i tried switching the the cable sides, still the left side sounded quiter. i even put the left head on the right ear, but it was still quiter.i know i can just go to balance level and balance the volumes. but, i am concerned since it had been working perfectly till now, and suddenly this happened, is there a replacement or anything possible on this initially was impressed with the audio quality
