Defective Dongle
I use dongle normally when I travel as i have a fixed wi-fi system at home. There after I recd the dongle from you I charged it regularly to ensure the battery remains in perfect condition. Today while travelling to Patna I tried to use it but it did not work. I was extremely disappointed. I do not not know if you can replace it.
