Agaro Foot Massager

purchased an AGARO foot massager through Amazon. Unfortunately, one side of the massager was not functioning properly. I contacted Amazon, and they directed me to the manufacturer for assistance.I then contacted the AGARO customer service team and was assisted by Mr. Manab Dhara. He was extremely helpful, professional, and responsive. He arranged for the defective unit to be replaced with a new one within a very short period.I truly appreciate the prompt and excellent response from the company. Special thanks to Mr. Manab Dhara for his outstanding customer service and support. It was a very positive experience.

Fraud

We ordered an Agaro massager from Amazon and the product we received was completely defective and extremely poor in quality. It did not work properly and honestly felt like a cheap, substandard product that should not even be sold. What is even worse is the terrible customer service experience we had with Amazon. We contacted customer support five different times, and every single representative told us the same thing – that the product would be picked up and a refund would be issued. On the third call, the representative clearly said that even if the pickup does not happen, the refund would still be processed. On the fourth call, again the same promise was made and we were told an investigation would be conducted. Now on the fifth call, we are suddenly told that the investigation team claims the product was “in good condition when checked.” This is absolutely ridiculous because the product we received was extremely poor quality from the start. Instead of solving the issue, Amazon representatives kept giving false promises and misleading information every time we called. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. After being a customer who trusted Amazon, it is shocking to see such unprofessional behavior and lack of accountability. Multiple representatives assured us of a refund, yet none of those promises were honored. If this is how customer complaints are handled, then it clearly shows that Amazon’s customer service cannot be trusted anymore. Very disappointed with both the product quality and the dishonest customer support
